Selection of company’s staff
Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. will ensure all staff are over the age of 18 and have the legal right to work in the UK

Training and service
Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. will provide its customers with skilled and trained team who would be able to provide adequate service – management and cleaning.

Complaints
All complaints regarding the service provided need to be addressed by the customer in no longer than 48 hours after the service has been provided in order for Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. to be able to adequately react to/ investigate the complaint.

Message and notices
Any messages and notices given to Sparkle Home Cleaning would be given in writing to the e-mail provided by the company for communication purposes.

Period of ongoing agreement
The service provided by Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. will continue for unlimited period of time unless four weeks-notice is given from the customer to Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd.
via e-mail on the provided by the company e-mail address for communication purposes.

Safety
The customer needs to ensure all premises are safe to use by the staff of Sparkle Home
Cleaning Ltd.
Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service in premises which are
not or do not seem safe to the company’s management team or cleaning staff.

Equipment
All customers of Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. will provide the staff with all requested by
the company materials.
The customer will ensure that all equipment provided to the company’s staff are safe and
in good working condition.

Public Liability Insurance / insurance and cleaning supplies
Sparkle Home Cleaning’s staff would be covered by public liability insurance covering
accidental damage.
All cleaning products recommended by Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. are selected in a
way to avoid the cause of damages and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they
provide the correct/recommended cleaning materials. Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd.
cannot be held liable for the usage of different and/or unknown to the cleaning staff
cleaning materials.

Payments
All customers of Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. shall pay the stated/agreed cleaning
charge in accordance to the service they receive in cash or through bank transfer.
In the event of missed payments by the customer to Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd.,
Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. reserves the right to claim interest.

The customer shall pay all money due for the provision of service from Sparkle Home
Cleaning Ltd. without any set off or deduction regardless of any claims the customer has
or aims to have against Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. Claims would be separately
investigated/approached.

Suspension/termination of service
In the event of failure by the customer to pay Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. the respective
cleaning charge 14 days after an invoice has been issued from the company to the
customer, Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the
service until the customer pays the full amount owed to the company.

Termination of cleaning services 
The customer and the cleaning company – Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd., reserves the
right to terminate the agreement by giving four weeks written notice to the respective
party.
In the event the customer prefers to cancels (not use) all scheduled sessions/hours
within the four weeks notice period, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount
for the cancelled sessions to Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd., on their respective current rate.

Change in price
Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. reserves the right to increase the charge of the service
provided by giving the customer four weeks written notice.

Cancelation policy
In the event of cancelation of cleaning session by the customer cleaning charges apply:

  • five or more working days – no charge due
  • four working days – 25% from the full cleaning charge due
  • three working days – 33% from the full cleaning charge due
  • two working days – 50% from the full cleaning charge due
  • one working day – 75% from the full cleaning charge due
  • same day – the full cleaning charge due

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions above the customer of Sparkle Home Cleaning
Ltd. agrees not to cancel more than four scheduled regular appointments for the calendar year. By cancelling more than four cleaning sessions the customer is due to pay the full amount for each scheduled cleaning session.

Private engagement of staff
The customer shall not engage Sparkle Home Cleaning’s staff in private/individual
provision of cleaning service while the individual is still working for Sparkle Home
Cleaning Ltd. or 8 months after the individual had left Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd.

Confidentiality
All information provided by the customer to Sparkle Home Cleaning Ltd. is to be safely
kept and not used for any other purposes but for the agreed provision of cleaning
services.
